Poor quality of food offer as Promotion
Pizza quality was bad, service was in a mess. Pizza hut has been my favourite restaurant but this meal is the worst meal as I was the second follow by another 3-4 guests, waited for half an hour... Those 3-4 guest got their orders and left and we are still waiting for ours after we complaint. Again disappointed by the quality of the pizza, both my girls asked me "Daddy, why the pizza taste so awful?" Then, without any choice, we ask ed the waitress to pack the other pizza plus the unfinished pizza to bring home. Eventually, non of our family members like the pizza taste that we have to throw it away.
Just to share this experience with my favourite pizza restaurant. Feel sad that this is happening. I very much hope that you will improve the quality of the food and service.

Poor service
Poor service. I go to Pizza Hut at Anjung Tawas, Perak. I got tastless prawn oglio and unwell cooked spagetti. I complain to the waiter about spagetti that I got and he gave me unreasonable answer. I told him that my spaggeti tasteless and he said the taste is same as usual. He told us that he also ate the spaggeti and the taste is just like that. I ask him to taste it. Then, luckly the assistant supervisor gave us a new and delicious spaggeti. For me, the waiter is not profesional as he gave me unprofesional responses. Please improve your customer service. Thank You.
