Rude stuff

The delivery guy was so rude. He got confused of my address and called to ask direction. He called twice. The first one was ok, the second time he called with annoyingly rude tone, claiming that i had given him wrong direction. My home add (and the others on the same row) is a little different than the rest of the neighbourhood since my row of houses dont have any number on the road name (no 1/1, or 1/4). I have CLEARLY and CALMLY explained this but he insisted that i got it wrong. I have even told him the "step by step" way of going to my address by using objects but to no avail. He even said, "dah la hujan ni, bla bla bla" complaining, and im like if you dont like it, just quit ur job then.
