Poe4orbs does not honor Insurance

I purchased a $300 Path of Exile account on poe4orbs.com
I had had an account taken back before and was told since I had no insurance they could nothing so this time I purchased $300 worth of insurance on the account referenced in the complaint.

After 10 months, the PoE account was lost. I expect the seller took it back but have no proof. I filed and insurance claim and after 2 weeks player auctions told me that unless I could proof the seller took back the game, they would not give me the insurance credit.
