PolyGroup Pre-list Christmas Tree - really?
Bought a pre-lit Christmas tree from Polygroup. It has 900 individual lights. We put it together and one entire section of the tree doesn't light up. Called customer care. They were closed. Called back early next morning. They were closed. Called back after 10am and after navigating their voice mail system and listening to their commercials while on hold, I finally spoke with a customer care person- Kimberly. The automated voice stuff said to have all the item numbers and receipt ready to help with the call.
I explained I had just bought this tree and an entire portion didn't light up. I told her I had the item # but she said she didn't need that. She then started asking me to do stuff that didn't make sense based on the tree I had. Stuff like "plug in the top section to wall" when there was no way to do that. She then said I should replace the bulbs one by one to "see if that might fix it". (Refer to my first paragraph where I said there are 900 lights on this tree) . I told the rep I wouldn't do that and I had expected that they would have done that as part of their QA before shipping. She said she also had problems with her tree and it took her 4 hours to fix. I explained I didn't think it reasonable for me to spend even 1 hours much less 4 hours troubleshooting a new tree.
She then offered to ship me a new section. However, it would take 2- 3 weeks to arrive .(2-3 weeks? Really? Are they sending it by boat from China where this thing was made?) Well, Christmas waits for no man. I requested faster shipping method and they flatly refused.
Clearly, this company is a joke and doesn't stand behind their products. Don't buy their stuff.

Polygroup warranty
### company ever was told by a stupid rep there not honroning the warranty on my pool liner (new out of the box never used had a hole) she said because it was an an act of nature are you kidding me. I said it was an act of manufacturing. Oh and yea when pics taken pool not level. Uhm i said we have had high winds and pool has no water in it so yes its gonna blow out of place. Look up weater for my area of the past month.Stop reading a script get your head out of your ass. Than hung up on her dumb ass
