Worst company EVER!!!!

I bought a 24 ft. pool through Walmart on line in late June of 2016. After assembling and filling the pool we noticed it was leaking from the liner. contacted warranty department and was told to send pictures of the leak and to cut a label off the side of the liner rendering the liner useless and send pictures to prove it. Was told new liner would take about 3 weeks to receive. Many months, calls and emails later I receive a used liner carelessly rolled up in a box for a 16 ft. pool with the liner hanging out of the box. I contacted Warranty claims again to let them know I would not accept this liner and expected a new liner. I was told they would send a return shipping label and would receive a new liner. This was in October of 2016. to this date May 17, 2017 I still do not have a replacement liner and now the cheap flimsy frame has buckled from the winds blowing the empty, unusable pool around in my yard. Looks like I will have to take Walmart and Polygroup to court for a refund. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!
