BAD SERVICE
Popeye's location in Whitby
awful service, requested one addition sauce for a $22 order, was told NO, it was on Head Office instructions. Asked the Manager ? if they would loose a customer over one extra sauce, again reiterated HO orders, despite never having this issue come up before. So I bought one extra sauce and they had to get a cashier to ring it up, charged me $0.26, asked them again if it was worth loosing a customer over $0.26, again told HO rules. So I left with my chicken pieces and wowed to never return.

Menu and staff
I was into one of your location to get my husband supper after working 16 hours. I ordered a 3 pc combo with gravy. Also wanted to order just the shrimp. Which they would not allow me to order because I did not want the entire meal. I have never heard of not being able to order just the item you want. Every place I have ever been to even as high end as the KEG I am able to order just what I would like. So to top of the night of not being able to order my ship they missed half of my husbands meal. I went home and they gave him 3 pcs of chicken with the bun and gravy. No side of fries or anything. I clearly said that I want gravy along with the meal. I had called and they said that I did get my side with the meal, and that was the gravy. I would like to know what kind of restaurant that you guys are running. The service was sooooooooo rude and again not being able to order what I would like. I personal am so disgusted with the service that I had. The people working there do not know who in fact the manager is and was. I would like someone to address my complaint PLEASE!!!
