I ordered the system 2 nights ago. Now I am afraid I can't get anyone to build it for me. I am 73 year old female. After reading the complaints I think I need to refuse it.

couldn't download the video
Power4home is a scam! I paid for a video and couldn't even download it. There's no way to contact them so I'm stuck with this situation! Beware!

didn't receive what I paid for
I purchased instructional dvd and a number of ebooks from this website but all what I receive was useless DVD which even didn't work on my computer. asked for refund and got nothing. Don't buy from them!

Total scam! As soon they received my deposit, they stopped to answer on my calls and emails, no customer support service, no chance to contact them! Avoid them at all costs!

didn't sen me items I paid for
I purchased products with tutorial dvd from this company. I paid extra for the dvd, which was never delivered. I called them several times and they promised me to send it, but they never did. Beware, this company will scam you out of money!

Sold me a different DVD
I was suppose to get a refund if something was not right. I ordered a DVD and books about it, also an instruction. After I got it, the books and the DVD did not match. I called the customer support, but no one is picking up.

absolute scam
I purchased a book and the teaching CD from this company and I received just a book which is useless without a CD. I tried to contact them and asked to send a CD as well, but I received just fake promises. Beware and better stay away from this scam!

I sent the product back but never received anything.
I did receive the order. The product they sent me was awful. I asked for a refund but didn't get anything from them. It's been four months already. I sent the product back but never received anything. Avoid this fraudulent company.

John Russel ripped me off! I signed up for a platinum plan, and I was suppose to pay $60. He received the money, but he also took $70 from my account after that! DON’T WORK WITH THIS FRAUD!

Not what i expected
The device I purchased from them is not capable of doing its work. I have called the customer service, and they told me that I should have checked all the details about the item before I made the purchase. I am very upset with this, as I am spending my last money right now to fix the house I recently purchased.

Beware of their website it is a lie! They sell services on DVD but I received fake DVD and I could do nothing about it! They don't have customer support service so I can't even ask for a help! Send the DVD back but never received a replacement or a refund! Beware and stay away!

Sent me a stupid dvd, who needs it?
I have been ripped off by this company. I have ordered their package for $65.00. I was suppose to receive a dvd and books with it. The only thing they sent me was a dvd. And I could not watch it until the very end. It has been written for some idiots. All the things that the man with an accent was saying there, can be found on the internet. Now I’m not sure if I want those books, I just want to return the dvd, and get a refund.

This company is a scam! I paid them and was waiting more than 6 months for their services. They just left me waiting and ignored all my calls and emails. This is not a good business, beware!

stole my money and never shipped my order
Purchased a wind energy kit from this company and received nothing! Paid them about $230 via paypal and never received any invoice. Now they are ignoring all my calls and I can't even receive a customer support service. Beware and don't buy from them!

Not only they took extra cash from the account, but they never sent me the product
I have been surfing around this website, and there were a lot of good offers, so I decided to buy a product, and when I entered my credit card number, they instantly took $250.00 from my account. I have never received what I paid for, and I was unable to return the money.

This company is a lie! They never send what they offer and they never complete orders! Purchased a package of solar and wind energy information, never receive one and also they refused me in a refund when I started to complaint! Avoid this company, 100% unreliable!

overcharge, scam and no support service! Buyer, beware!
This company is unreliable, check twice before order from them! I purchased several books and I was charged immediately for my purchase but I never received anything. When I contacted them they said that there were a mistake and they never received any order from me. I provided their charge on my statement but they just ignored it. They already scammed many people, beware and don't allow them to fool you!

CD does not work
I received a CD from this seller, but there were no manuals along with it. I tried to instal the program, however, some problem occurred. Now there’s no way of contacting anyone by the provided phone number.
