Powerconcrete is plastered all over the web about being an Internet Con Company. This Schurmann is here in the US Illegally and was selling EB-5 Visa to Possible Terrorists and the city of Birmingham may give him a $2.5 Million Dollar Loan and the Rotary Organizations.
How can this be?
21st Equity Homes Manufacturing is one of the 50 of Schurmann’s Fake On Line Businesses.
He is not a construction company, he doesn’t have a construction license nor has he ever built one BUILDING HERE IN THE US OR ANYWHERE ELSE. He only copies and posts photo’s on his website to trick people into believing he is real.
He has NO OFFICES; the one on his site is where he was evicted from several months ago.
This Schurmann states he would create “71” jobs, his company consists of him, his wife and his four year old son Sean and his only asset is a computer and his over 50 Fake websites.
This government grant is actually happening and occurring right now at this present time.
We just notified the State Government of Alabama to complete and do their "Do Diligence" to prevent this professional Scam Artist and professional Con Man Stephan Schurmann from receiving and stealing under False information.
All of his information are misrepresented of an illegitimate FAKE WEB BASED company. There is no company, no products, no offices, no employees. These are all fabrications and mere figments of imaginations; fits of fancy to his dysfunctional delusions.

This company has to be shut down! They are real frauds, they lie about the prices and service quality, their employees are unprofessional and can't provide high quality services! I hired them and I was highly disappointed, so I will never deal with them again!

Need information about them
I need any kind of useful information about a company named Powerconcrete. I was suppose to serve them papers to come to court, but when I was searching for their address, I did not find any kind of information about them. If anyone can help, I would be thankful. This is very important.

The person who wrote this about Stephan Schurmann is Richard Waters, a delusional psycho. He has been accusing and stalking Mr. Schurmann, and his company Powerconcrete on the internet for more than one year because Schurmann exposed their plaswall franchise fraud. In fact, he is the one who has been stalking people. This guy goes by the name of Richard Waters and 50 other fake ID’s. He has been using twitter and ComplaintsBoard.com as a way to attack people. He is mad because he wants that comment to be deleted off of the internet because he claims he cannot get a job and he claims he will soon be homeless. The real reason for his not working is because he is too busy posting on the computer instead of going out to look for a job. This guy also thinks that people are making prank phone calls to his home every day. This is his way of getting attention from people and making them feel sorry for him.
