poor employer, be careful! Very rude and fraudulent

I used to work for them and I can confirm that these people are racist, shameless fraudsters and they treat people like a junk. They forced me to work extra hours, never paid for them and also I noticed their negative attitude to all employees. This company is the worst employer ever and it is better to stay away from them!

Racist, incompetent Directors, horrible company to work for and with!
Horrendous company and Directors who behave in a very autocratic way towards their employees and pay lip service to employee engagement and HR initiatives.
The Directors I found do not value any kind of diversity amongst their employees and what's interesting is that the whole of the senior management team are white and all of a very similar background.
There is no investement in management development and most of the managers / senior Directors are clueless when it comes to employee engagement.
I also found that there was a general lack of direction with regards to company strategy, and that is was an extremely chaotic and disorganised place to work in.
All in all definitely NOT an employer of choice and I would never choose to work with certain Directors again. Words cannot define how awful I found the company and some of the Directors.
