No delivery, no refund
I have a new complaint to add to the list! First do not use these guys--I MEAN IT!!! We bought a gokart for Christmas and used it for an hour and it caught on FIRE! Someone could have been seriously hurt but we were lucky as we were just starting it up again when it happened. If I didn't have a garden hose near by it would have blown up as the flames were over 3 feet high in 30 seconds time. My 11 year old could have trapped in it or it could have caught our forest on fire and many houses could have been lost within. You'd think they would act swiftly to such a matter. I sent pictures, VIN #, explanations and it's now over a month later and nothing has been resolved. Supposedly they are going to pick it up--but then what about the $1, 500 it cost? After reading everything about this company I am afraid if I send it back I might be out my money and my gokart. I say class action is a sure win here if there is an attorney out there that wants a simply case! And one last thing--if you have a faulty carborator, do be careful. We were truly fortunate that no one hurt!!!

Bad company!
All of you are idiots when you buy a product from an online company always check your merchandise before you sign. If you product is not in the condition that the company guarantees it is in do not sign ask the delivery person to give you a damaged merchandise form if he does not provide one for you that right there is illegal. after you fill out the form it smart to get the drivers name and plate number and company phone number and if possible his employee number. Then tell him to take the product back to the company he sent it from. make sure you have your warranty information with you and try to get ahold of powersportsmax if you cannot reach them within 5 days calling at least 3 times a day then they are avoiding you and you have a legal suit on your hands. get ahold of a lawyer with your phone records and warranty information and you will recieve a pretty hefty settlement it happened to a friend of mine with a different company. You can also tell that it is a legit company considering you are recieving the product even tho it was damaged you still recieved it even but they are trying to scam you with the rest if it isnt the trucking companies fault which it might be. NEVER SIGN FOR DAMAGED GOODS!!!

Any lawer up for a class action law suit? you have more than enough people to do so missing parts/poor workmanship/uncooperative/unusable motor bike
Any good lawyers want to do a class action law suit? Look at all the complaint and review boards on this company!
We purchased a motor bike for our son for Christmas from Santa, the bike came without the necessary parts to put it together, no handle bar hold downs, right break for handle, shock parts, and parts kit were all missing. We called the company over 10 times, spoke to Skyler repeatedly, emailed back and forth with Jeff Ma, sent pics, followed up. When they did finely send parts, they were all WRONG! a few nuts and bolts, not what was needed to make the motor bike usable. My son is 6, he cried and cried, this company does not care about its customers at all! It is now January 14, 2014 and still my son can't ride his dirt bike!
A good lawyer needs to rally all the people on all the complaint and review boards up for a good class action law suit!

Poor service, false advertizing, and crooked business
On November 17th of 2016 order# 199676 was placed on the Powersportsmax website for (2) GK-F007 GO KARTS ($989.95 EA) and (1) GK-F007 ($779.95) With a residential shipping fee of $719.95. After the order was placed and the mailed certified check was deposited by the company. I received a phone call saying that only a single GK-F007 model is available. I chose another model GK-F031 ($899.95). ON December 6th I received the delivery of single stacked crates by R&L carriers with only a manual pallet jack supplied by them. Having payed for residential delivery I did not expect or prepare for a 3 crate single stack delivery. One of the crates had parts exposed and visible damage. This was reported by the driver to his company. After opening the crates I saw visible damages, defective parts and improper component sizes. Such as a leaking battery, variable rear tire sizes for the GK-F031 model. Paint damage from crate stacking to the Gk-F007 model and leaking tires and torn axle boot on the GK-F008 model. Powersports max was advised of this via email on the delivery day and after many failed phone call attempts. I have advised them several times that I have not received the model price difference rebate as well as any parts for correction yet. I had to purchade tires from a local shop just to get the karts rideable in time for Christmas. Here it is almost January and I have yet to hear from them
