My fiancé booked a honeymoon through PGR and on our itinerary my name was spelled wrong and my birthday was wrong. For 4 months we tried contacting the travel agent we worked with through PGR and we were unable to reach him. We left messages, emails, phone calls and no response. Seeing that now our honeymoon is approaching my information needs to be changed otherwise I cannot travel. Now, the agent finally called my fiancé to change the information and said”his computer froze” and was unable to change it. Now, two weeks later the information still was not changed. I contacted customer service again and threaten to fight for our money back if this wasn’t changed by the end of the week. My information “magically” got changed the next day.
I highly recommend NOT using this agency for traveling. There are better agencies that you can trust. If you book with a travel agent the person should be able to be contacted in a timely manner. The customer service is terrible. When they want your money for a payment, they are good at contacting you, of course. But for anything else, it is like pulling teeth. It shouldn’t take months to make easy changes on an itinerary. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY OR THEIR AGENTS.
