Claimed they could lower Credit Card Interest Rates
The same thing just happen to me today, and to make matters even worse the rude so called supervisor who called my house again said it was no wonder I was rude she can tell I'm from New York. Some people need to get a real job and stop harassing those of us that do. I'm just glad it was me who answered the phone and not my 79 year old mother . Who knows what she would have given them as they were very convincing on the phone.

Helped me tremdously
I must admit I read a couple positives and negative things online. But all in all I was very happy with the results. I think we as consumers forget that the people we should be made at is our BANKS!!! Spoke to Jeff Richards and he was awesome. I would recommend them to anyone.
