I am the CEO of the company and this is clearly an upset Canadian customer. We don't have control over shipping/import fees. We do our best to help keep the costs as low as possible. We never misrepresent our products. If you received a bad gel sealer you should contact customer service and we will replace it. You are making it seem like we would actually send water in a bottle of sealer which is not the case at all. Items can be out of stock from time to time but we never charge for an item that is not in the order. If you are upset I urge you to contact me or Dan in operations to resolve your issues. We are a very reputable company with thousands of satisfied customers all over the world. Thank you, MIKE

Customer service nonexistent
I placed a large order which included a glass nail file and a nail polish rack. The file arrived shattered and the rack never arrived. I immediately called and left a message, and then continued to call and leave messages for an entire week until someone miraculously answered the phone. She wasn't very friendly, but whatever- I just wanted my nail polish rack.
Another week and a half go by and I realize I still haven't received my items. Naturally, no one answers their phone, nor do the return my call, so I do some internet sleuthing and figure out my items were shipped to an address I haven't lived at in 4 years. Why they weren't shipped to the address included with the order, or why they kept my old address after I changed it online in a PREVIOUS order, I can't tell you because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR RETURNS CALLS!
It's been over a month now, I'm guessing I can consider my money stolen at this point. CROOKS!!

The worst costumer service ever
I have tried 3 days now to place an order , no one answers the phone, finally I had spoken to 2 very unfriendly women , telling me to place the order online because they have no time to waste with me on the phone Really ? Wow Great costumer service,
