Fraud
I am also a victim of Premiers, i have paid the registration fees and $500 as well. I provided post dated cheques for the rest payment.
Now i identified that im not able to go Canada, and applied to cancel my application. Now im really trapped, they are asking me to settle the rest payment completely, bcos they have started processing my application. Frankly, i have not submitted any documents, IELTS except PDCs. By this time they were calling me to submit the documents, so that they can start processing my application.
But now they are claiming that they have started processing my application and need the full payment...Anybody faced this situation please give some advice how to escape from this trap?

yes dear they are big big fraud's specially Nair and Sandhaya don't trust person like Nire "Nair is big lair" if you don't believe send any disqualify person Nair will make him qualify... I am not fake its my personal experience please people believe me...

IMMIGRATION FRAUDSTERS
Hi,
I am also another victim of PREMIERS consultancy. I had started my migration file in march 2009. I was told about some fasttrack migration to canada and that i would get my permanent resident card within 12 months maximum.
Today is Feb 2012, I dont have any idea of what is happening. I am calling premiers continuously but noone ever responds back. My money AED 11, 000/- to be precise is with them, from which they say, they will give back 1000USD in any case of rejection. Has anyone received the remaining amount from them ever?
What are the main cases for rejection from CIC ? However, all my documents are true and nothing fake.
In the cic website, i see that my documents are under process from many months.
If anyone has any kind of problems like this, kindly contact me on [email protected].
I am here for raising a police complaint, but togetherness is required. Let each of us come together and raise the complaint.

Thank you very much guys.i was about to do submit my docs with them today and pay 1870 Dhs and they said they are refundable money.it was useful to read the comments about that fraud agency.i was thinking this is Dubai - Arab country with roles and regulations and it will never happen to me any problem!?Thanks again...

Wrong and Fraudlant practice
They are indeed cheaters... just one word for them FRAUD... People please be aware of them as they lack in every phase and they have had like 10 times police visit. But still no effect on them... big time cheaters

It took them 3 years for that and if I didn’t pay them there charges do they will excuse me .

I reciprocate same words and experience with these fraudsters (Premiers)..... I have paid all the fees and like most of us, i was told about the changes in the rules of Canadian immigration..... so i hurried and applied with a promise to have the visa ready within 6 months.... I submitted my documents in June 2009 and even after 4 years I have not received any news from them....Every time i call them, they say its under process....... I have no idea whats going on....
Can anyone let me know if we can reapply with any other consultancy and which one is better ??
