SCAMMERS

this company's Groupon is a scam. I should have read the BBB reviews BEFORE I bought the Groupon. If so, I would have never invited this frustration into my life. The guys showed up and informed my father who was at the house for the cleaning that they were only to clean one main duct and the vents, and that I had 3 main ducts... come to find out most homes have THREE main ducts, but I'm guessing Premium Air Solutions knows that and that's why the Groupon is for ONLY ONE. the additional charges to clean the other ducts will be about $180++ if you truly want the proper duct work cleaned. what they called my ONE MAIN DUCT, was a four foot section coming directly out of my furnace, not even the MAIN duct running through the house. I did NOT opt to buy their additional services as i feel this was not a reputable transaction. I'd gladly pay this and more if I was working with a reputable company that was upfront and honest. DON'T BUY THIS GROUPON. it's a scam!
