Bait and Switch??
Booked a hotel off their site and was immediately charged the price of booking. A week later they came back and said they could not honor that price as it was a communication error between them and the hotel. They chose not to honor the price at which it was sold and paid for. They moved me to a different hotel not in the area. Then offered me a 15% discount on the new price, which was more than double. Think this is a bait and switch, will not use them in the future

Bogus charge to our account
We have a very large charge from someone stealing our debit card number to Prestigia.com
We have tried to call every US number they list on their website as being available 24/7. No one is available.
How do you reach this ridiculous company to get a bogus charge stopped??

Fraud Fraud FRAUD
I recently booked a Hotel Room at The Palms is Las Vegas with Prestigia — not only was I charged the full amount for the trip, I called the hotel, and they have no record of my reservation.
I’ve been on hold for hours with no response on Prestigia’s end — “your call is now 1st in line” has been on repeat for hours. I paid in full so I expect to either get a full refund or my reservation as I booked and paid for several weeks ago
This is the 2nd time this is happened to me with this company. I’m actually using their “booking discount” that they gave me as a courtesy for the last screw up.
Prestigia.com is such a scam, My login and reservation shows it’s Valid and Confirmed but the hotel has no record.
I’m going to the Better Business Bureau and reporting this if I don’t get justice!

I had a reservation of a hotel in another website and 3 weeks before me trip I found a better deal at Prestigia.
I made a new reservation , received the confirmation by email , got charged .
10 days before my trip I received another email from Prestigia saying
that my reservation had been canceled and offering other poor options instead in hotel not in the area I want
They didn’t pay for their mistakes and leave the problem with the customers.
It cost me 1000 euros more to make a new reservation at the area I want out of the blue.

DONT USE THEM FOR ANY REASON
I had a reservation with them and due to COVID19 everything shut down. I canceled immediately followed their rules and was over a month before my visit. They said i would get a full refund. i got an email a few day before our scheduled date to arrived saying my stay was canceled and I would be give a credit for a future stay good for a year from now. That was unacceptable. Not only did it go against what it said on their cancel page but this is at a time when people are out of work and some are even fighting for their life. They really feel they have the right to keep people's money when the world is at it's worse? So I wrote them a very nasty letter... Called my American Express company and told them to remove this from my card and I refuse to pay them dime. American Express removed the charges and i will not ever see therm again. I know a lot of people dont like Amex but for things like this they are great for. I will never use them again and i would tell others the money you may save on a hotel room to work with people like these is not worth it. I would rather pay more and work with people who actually care about their customers.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! I am a frontline ER nurse. I came down with COVID and was unable to travel to Boston for my 50th bday. Unfortunately, I booked my hotel through prestegia.com. They are refusing to give me a refund or credit for the $2000 I paid for a trip I cannot physically take. SUCH A SCAM! NEVER BOOK WITH PRESTEGIA.COM

Avoid Prestigia They will steal your money
I Made a reservation for las vegas in July to travel in November, which was refundable. I canceled my hotel booking in September 2020. I called and emailed Prestigia more than 10 times. Prestigia still hasn’t refunded me with $1753. It has been more than three months. No one answers the phone in the USA claiming it’s COVID. They will steal your money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! A COMPLETE DISGRACE TO THE TRAVEL INDUSTRY
