Reserved 4 rooms with Prestigia.com for 3 nights in a 5* Hotel in Rome. Paid in full at the moment of the reservation and got a confirmation for all of them. Upon arrival at the hotel (9:30 am) the front desk confirms 2 rooms for our family, I showed him the prestigia.com confirmation page and confirmed thay only reserved 2 rooms. He helped me get customer service on the line but that was 25 min wasted of my time; they told me unfortunately they could only confirm 2 rooms and the hotel was completely full (REALLY, 5 star hotel in Rome 1 block away from the Vatican in the middle of July??? What did he think???). Best option he could offer was a hotel 3 miles away from the original for the 2 missing rooms ... remember, this is a family trip that is why we needed 4 rooms. At the end, had to split the group, got a refund for the 2 rooms and obviously could find anything similar, ended getting 2 expensive rooms in a very inferior 3 star hotel 1 block away from the rest of our group, not the experience we planned for,
