Online casino scams are surely increasing in number. This is especially true with Bitcoin based casinos. I found it especially frustrating to get first-hand experience on how it’s so easy to get ripped off when gambling online. Primedice is one of those online casino scams. I heard a lot of bad press concerning Primedice and it made me hesitant with trying the site out. However, I read on a review website I found on Google that Primedice was a legitimate website for online gambling. It changed my mind about the site decided to register. I immediately got pissed off after signing up because I found out that Primedice’s money stealing policy kicked in as soon as you signed up. How? Well, first of all, they took forever in confirming my account when I signed up. I had to send them three different messages about my account registration in a span of two weeks until they finally approve my account. I made small initial deposits thinking it would speed the process up. Primedice validated my account almost two and a half weeks after I confirmed my registration. I wasn't even registered yet and they already got bitcoins from me! I thought it was fine at first, considering it was my first time gambling with Primedice, so I didn't give it much thought and gambled in their offered games.
I played for almost a week, winning a lot of games in the process and I was feeling really good about myself until I tried to withdraw my bitcoin winnings. My winnings weren't given whole to me. I had deductions and Primedice took my money for no apparent reason at all. Once again I had to contact their customer support e-mail address to find out what was happening to all my winnings. I found out that the site forgot to mention a policy about a percentage of the winnings went to the site. They said that it was newly added policy to keep Primedice running. I wanted to complain even more but their explanations seemed satisfactory so I let the issue go. It was going fine until one day, Primedice started cancelling my withdrawals and they started holding all my winnings from, stating that I forgot to complete my fee for the registration. I tried explaining that I wasn't told of any registration fees but they insisted that I knew about it. Now, I'm just waiting here for their Customer care sector replies to my plea for help. This was one of the worst experiences of online gambling I've seen. I will never play games with Primedice ever again, and so should you. It's all a scam.

I have complained about Primedice before and I am not sure why my complaints get filtered out by the review sites. I bet they get paid for removing negative reviews, but that is a separate issue. My story with Primedice started a while ago and this is my third major complaint about them in the recent year. The first time I complained about them was when I hit a big jackpot, but the game froze and I was not able to see the winnings in my balance. I was wondering what happened and I sent them an email asking to explain what happened. I received a generic reply stating that they are looking into my complaint and I have not heard anything else for a couple of weeks. Then, I received an email stating that my complaint was looked into by someone in their customer services and that my case was closed. By then I had not received any reply and my winnings weren’t in my account. There was no number to contact them on and I could not contact anybody else. Fine I thought, at least I had my deposit. Not so much. Primedice had other ideas. When I tried to play again, which, I’ll admit was stupid of me, I was not able to place any bets. My account seemed to have been locked. A few days later I received an email from Primedice stating that I violated some kind of terms and conditions and that I was not allowed to hold an account with them anymore. This is a total rip off. First their website freezes conveniently during my jackpot win and then my account is locked for some stupid reason and I am unable to do anything about it. This is a total rip off!
