no respect for photographers
Printroom is very dishonest and unfair company! The selling other photographers prints under their name and never pay any profits to photographers!! They sold my images without any permission and they didn't let me know about it and of course didn't pay! STAY AWAY!! BEWARE!!!

Printroom not paying out for prints ordered. Beware!!
I have been a Printroom client for several years, I am a photographer and have had a storefront with them where clients were purchasing prints. I have still never been paid out for the prints ordered. Not only that but customer service, and their accounts manager, Jim Mallamace, have not even returned my calls after a week of calls and emails to them. My annual renew date is coming up and I am simply trying to close out the account. This a shameful and disreputable company, I wish I had known ahead of time. Beware.

Printroom is a scam
Beware of Printroom, now its also known as PPSI. I had a deal with them. Being a photographer my clients were ordering prints from them for a long time. They still haven't paid me for this deal. They have been giving me excuses all the time. I can't even close the account with them. Beware of these scammers!
