Unprofessional Staff at NJ Unemployment

The claim examiners at NJ Unemployment are very nasty and unprofessional. You are dealing people that paid their taxes and lost their jobs don't you guys think we are dealing with enough. Then you want to talk to us over the phone like we trash. I've put in my claim over 5 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything as of yet. Then when I called unemployment number 201-601-4100 I waited on the phone from 8:30 until 10:50 just to hear a representative tell me that the examiners will get upset if we contact them and for me just to wait. I have rent to pay and about to get kicked out my damn place all because of NJ Unemployment negligence. The need to provide employment training and development programs to their staff on communication.
