poor service
I am highly unsatisfied with their services and will never recommend them to anyone! Flowers which I ordered wasn't delivered in time and they didn't gave me any notice before and of course didn't make any refund.

Stay away from PROFLOWERS.COM!! this is the worst florist ever! I purchased flowers on my mum's birthday and flowers never arrived but I was charged for this order! I contacted them and they said that they didn't have purchased flowers and hat was the reason why they send nothing. hey refused me in a refund and just offered 30% discount on my next purchase! This is a total fraudulence, beware and better stay away from them!

took extra money
After making an order for flowers to be taken to my wife on St. Valentine’s day I found a double charge on my credit card. They added another product to the flowers which I never mentioned. I want to get the extra $15.00 they stole from me! Dishonest service!

unreasonable overcharge
This is a total scam! I purchased flowers from this florist and I was so surprised when instead of $20 I was charged more than $50!!! This overcharge was done without a reason and I tried to contact their support service many times and I was simply ignored!!! It seems that their customer support service doesn't exist at all! Beware and better don't deal with them!

Beware of this company! Profloweers.com is the name and scamming is heir game! The services are not really good! Actually, they are terrible! I wish I would have never paid them a dime, and they could kiss my a**, but now I don’t know how to return the money!
