PROGRESS MOBILITY TOOK MY MONEY!

My wife purchased an EW-36 scooter from the comany on their website at http://www.progressmobility.com/ two months ago and they took the money the same day but we still have not received our scooter.
I sent a letter to the attorney general and they told me to file charges against this company.
I just want my money back.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE BAD PEOPLE.
i read other reviews and found out that the ewheel scooters are not really good but i do not care now, just need my money because we cannot afford to loose almost $2000

SALES RIPOFF

I was told by salesman, Derek, when I bought my Solax Transformer scooter that a quick charger, a $399 value would be thrown in! When I received my scooter it wasn't there, so I called they said it was there, the 2 amp charger enclosed was the quick charger, OK, but I went on the manufacturer's and three other retailer's web site and found this was standard on all scooters. They told me you got what you paid for. very rudely, when I complained. I also found out that you can buy the 2 amp charger anywhere for $125 value. I feel I was scammed and this is misleading the buyer during the sales cycle! I thought I was getting something extra, but wasn't!

Fake pictures

I bought and Pride Go Chair from progress Mobility, when I bought it nobody mentioned that they will keep 20% of my total purchased and that I have to paid to shipped back, when I returned to them, they sent me fake pictures of the Pride go chair, saying that I will not get my 80% percentoney back due to the condition, my mother-in-law who is 73 years old never used the chair because it was too heavy to put it together every time she decide to go out at least to look around, I paid $1499.00 and $261.00 dollars to shipped back, and $50.00 to file a complain to Orlando, Florida regarding Progress Mobility fraud. They have keep many people money because they know their ways around it, unfortunately I was one more to add on their list, careless people, despicable, they just sit around to make money from people that work hard to earn every dollar, I wish somebody get this company and take them down, many people just lost their money just like that, please help us.
