Does anyone still work for Churchill butler, or used to within the past year, I have some useful information regarding monies owed including tax that was not paid over. BTW is this company still running and are they using the same cleaning company. Please let me know. Bobby G

Very few clerks are there longer than 2-3 months due to the payment issues and chaotic disorganisation. The amazing thing is that so many agents are actually prepared to use them, and i don't say this from any moralistic point of view but because the standard of their reports is extremely poor. They're nothing more than fraudulent jokers and pisstakers, claiming to provide a high quality service when in fact their reports aren't worth the paper they're written on. To the best of my knowledge they're still going and the whole operation - cleaning - maintenance - inventories - are all owned by them under different names, which is illegal under AIIC rules, tho' they're not members of the AIIC or any other professional inventory body so it doesn't affect them.

Is anyone with Work Relief or Sarah Knight? Have you actually met her in person? Sarah Knight doesn't sound like a real name, it sounds like a company name...she doesn't ask for references & nor do Churchill Butler, I doubt the estate agents know that. Did anyone hear about those mobsters & Andrew? What about this Tenancy Transitions now?

WR used to recruit for Churchill Butler until we realised how they were treating their staff, as a result they have been blacklisted by us and we have not recruited for them in over 6 months. Checked out the address : 145-157 St. John Street. Its a virtual office - 1000s of businesses have this address as their registered address if they used Made Simple Group to set up their comapny with Companies House. So not much use.

I still have a payment that I am owed. I am down for giving this man a vist if anybody else would like to join. Would be a damn nice site to get a small group terrorising his offices until he realises what has hit him.

Andrew Did Not Want TO Pay My wages
Andrew Carlton, Scum bag of the year. This incident took place back in 2006 to 2007. I worked there and the guy was a creepy sneeky crook. He owed me wages and took over a year to pay me. I sent him emails and made phone calls to Liz and him. They procrastinated and made me wait for ages. I had to take them to court for the money. In the end he settled before he attended. The guy is a slimy scum bag. If anyone is still having the similiar problems I sympathise sincerely. And if you want to take that scum bag to court and want me to attend as a witness as I worked there - it will be my absolute pleasure. And, any solicitor wishing to represent this man should be aware that you won't get paid either. So fore told is fore warned.
