You got scammed just like I did. Proudsale is a criminal site. I hope that others will read the numerous complaints and warning that has been posted.

proudsale is lagest export tracking company, it is legal
i cooperate with this company june 2010, the company have many cheaper electronic products, and i ordered 3 macbook first time, they add me as vip member later, and i become golden member right now, and get more discount for every deal, i am very likely to deal with them

Samsung note mobile phone
I Purchased a Samsung mobile note phone on 23/08/2012 and I paid for it trough bank $332.00 Than I have to wait for it 5 days so they clear the money.After that I got other email 10 more days going trough custom and they shipping so I should get it 3-5 days. So I did wait other 5 days than I had to email them what is going on.Than I got the answer the custom had bad handling and they dropped the product,then I have to wait other 10 more days.After that I started searching about proudsale.com. I did find bad news.I emailed to them but newer got answer from them. This is a scam site. So my money is gona .I do not think I get something out of them.I did some search about who is the owner for proudsale.com.If anyone read this and you know what to do or who to report this,I did copy and paste the info about proudsale.com.
Someone will get the basted.

They don’t answer to me anymore and my order after 2 months still in pending, the last time, I checked their Money Gram payment link, and they change the receiver name by LI LIU
Now no more Money Gram payment

I bought two (2) ASUS laptops from in august 2013 worth US$500. After, they conforming that they received my money, they told me to wait for 10 days for customs inspection then after they will be shipped to my country within 3-5 days. But up-to now, i have never received anything. they no longer reply my mails.

Proudsale is a Fake and Scam Website, I have been also robbed
I ordered for Original brand new apple Iphone 5 through their website, as per their listing for US$321.49, my order number is # 2013112405082316, Ms. COCO was the person responding to the mails and instructed to send the money through western union, that we did immediately and notified them through the mail, and they confirmed back through email that my order is in china custom, but after that I have been trying to contact them, send them emails, no one reply, and in the website they are still showing my order as Pending, I have tried to complain them a lot of time, but no one really bothers, i really feel that they have cheated me, as I have no news about my product from them, if they can't supply me my product, then they should return my money,I am sure it is completely a fake site, I really want to take action against such fake site, because it is stealing and it has to be stopped, so that innocent people like us don't get robbed by such fake website, don't trust anyone saying it really works, it will only take your money and you will never see any product in return, it should be banned, I want my money

They send the iphone 7 to me by DHL in 5 days
I've purchased two pieces of Iphone 7 plus there in the end of December. Was surprised with fast shipping. Order was shipped within a couple of days and delivered in just 7 days. Trust me, I've done quite some shopping in Chinese online stores, but I've never received my purchases so fast. And I must say the quality is awesome. Overall I'm satisfied with this store. It's definitely worth trying.

IT'S BEEN 2 WEEKS THEY EMAIL ME AND TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY CUSTOMERS TAXES ADDITIONAL 137 8 USD WHICH IS A LIE BECAUSE I ORDER WEEKLY FROM CHINA. THATS WHY I ORDER 1 THING TO SEE IF IT WAS LEGIT. Proudsale scam me out my money too. First before I order my 2 Samsung s9 I email to asked how long it take, they email me back and say "the Samsung s9 take 5 days. So I ordered the telephone April 10 and I still waiting. I email them several time to find about my order, NO ANSWER.

Proudsale is a scam, people do buy anything from this site you wont get your order and your money.
They will keep giving all sorts of excuses like customs is still clearing the goods, one of your item broke still
awaiting replacement. This will go on until you eventually give up. I
have lost a lot of money to these scammers hope someone out there can assist on what to do.
