Stay away from these crooks
I am having the same problem with Pro Winds...They do not answer emails and no pick up on 800 or 812 phone numbers I even emailed Dean Foster the founder and CEO of Pro Winds

I bought a trumpet from Pro Winds a month ago...They won't answer emails and no pick up on 800 or 812 phone numbers...I have emailed Dean Foster founder and CEO of Prowinds...No luck

Card charged, order not shipped
I ordered a box of sax reeds on 2/28/12. On 3/2, a charge of $1 was applied to my Visa, and on 3/5 the remainder was applied (approx $25). Today, I responded to their purchase confirmation email to inquire about my shipment. Received the following reply.
"Pro Winds has ceased business operations. Please contact your credit card company for a refund. (our accounts are frozen) We are very sorry that you got into the middle of this big mess."
I pity those who are out hundreds of dollars.
