Product and Employee Compensation

They called me becuase they saw my reusme on Monster.

I went to the interview and the guy made it sound like you actually have to qualify for this job...they dont pay you...you make them money and then make 15% of what you sell for them. Might as well sell door to door if you are going to work here and sell "in home"

You need a car...thats it...they make you cold call old invoices of people during the work day and make you sell wine to your friends. You make about a $3 a bottle...you have to sell in same sets of 12. Horrible business model = decreased income...company will be out of business in 4 years.
