WORST COMPANY EVER!!
I just cannot stress how horrible this company is. I tried to take an exam and was not able to because of an error box that popped up and would not close. I called the customer service phone number and was on hold for a total of 4 hours!!! During that time I was transferred 5 times and hung up on twice. I was able to get the error box issue resolved, but had to be transferred to get my exam rescheduled. I am not exaggerating when I say I was on hold for 4 hours. After the 2nd time of being disconnected I hung up, thinking maybe an email would be a more efficient way to resolve the issue. Boy, was I wrong! After 4 emails, each of which appeared to be sent by a different person, I got tired of repeating myself and being asked the same questions over and over again, so I called the company back. I was pleased that I was able to call really late (midnight ET) and get an answer. Finally, and in a reasonable amount of time, my issue was resolved and my exam was rescheduled. THEN, the day I go for my 2nd attempt at taking the exam, I was told I was not able to because I did not include my full legal name, that was shown on my drivers license, during the registration process. NO WHERE DID IT STATE TO INCLUDE MY FULL LEGAL NAME. Most sites make it clear to include your FULL NAME---legal name---or the name exactly as it is shown on your DL. Now I'm currently sitting on hold again, waiting for yet another resolution. I wish I had any other choice of companies to use for my exam!!!!!
