Horrible experience

I sent this email to the supervisor supposedly of the State Testing for Real Estate Broker..Hopefully this gets to Deanna A./ Supervisor ! I completed my coursework about a month ago and I have been given the run arounds for some weeks.. I have proof that I can send you. I have been trying to schedule my test and PSI has wait times 2 hours or more every time I call they say they can’t disclose any info. To me because the state has not let them know of my completion of hours. Customer service rep are all saying different things, unruly, unprofessional, give wrong info, short with me, I was on hold today for 2 ½ hours to get a rep that yelled at me and hung up on me… This is so unprofessional I will being doing a review to let others know about my experience with PSI! I am the one that is suffering because I have been studying for a test that has been giving me the run arounds… I have been emailing also for over a month with no response in inbox/spam. I have proof of that also! Can I please get some relief because Im so frustrated that I was mis treated and handled improperly by this un professional establishment! I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I will be waiting patiently like ive been for your response… Up- top is the completion of 90 hours.. My experience was so bad bad that I can't wait for this experience to be over. I am suppose to be happy about securing my bag for the future and taking a state test to do so.. I am so disappointed in PSI and the state because im doing the leg work to get their but their trying to block my blessing. Horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible experience .. It makes me wonder because I am a educated minority that has been given the run arounds for over a month.. We only retain 10% of the education that we learn/ please stop giving me the run arounds
