Improper handling and unprofessionalism

this is the email that I sent to the supervisor of the state's board to become a real estate broker.. hopefully this gets to Deanna a supervisor I completed my course work about a month ago and I have been given the runaround for sometime and some weeks now I am very frustrated I do not know what to do I have proof that I can send to you also I have been trying to schedule my test and PSI services has wait times between 2 and 1/2 3 hours or more every time I call they say they can't disclose any information to me because the state has not let them know of my completion of hours the customer service reps are all saying different things they're very unruly very unprofessional give you the wrong information they were very short with me I was on hold today for three hours to get a rep that yelled at me and hung up in my face this is so unprofessional I will be doing a review to let others know about my horrible horrible horrible experience with PSI I am the one that is suffering because I have been studying for a test that has been giving me the run-around you only retain 10% of the information I've been trying to schedule this test for a month out now I have been emailing also for over a month with no response in the inbox nor the spam I have proof every allegation that I'm talking about can I please get some relief because I'm so frustrated that they would handle me this improper way this is supposed to be a professional establishment that you can take your test when you do the lab work to pass the classes so that you can better your future financially I reside in Fort Wayne Indiana and I've had some unprofessionalism happen to me but not to this degree I would never ever recommend PSI to anybody because they are a disgrace to any business that assumes to be professional when they are so unprofessional it makes no sense I have cried weeks about this I have screamed weeks about this and I still have not got a response from the supervisor so that I can schedule my test so now where we can two weeks out
