Poor service

I am writing this, but realize nothing will actually change. PSI testing is very difficult to reach. I HAD to schedule a appoinment to test. When I finally did I scheduled my exam and thought
" Thank God all I have to do is test" Nope they closed a center and now I have to reschedule. That took another act of Congress. I also had to pay with a different card , out of fear I would never be in contact again. NOW ITs been a week and no refund tn my original card. Now I get to try and contact them again. When your customers beg to be done with you. That's a poorly ran company. Also can not contact by online only phone" phones will answered in the order they are recived" My Ass
