The staff members of Absa are not doing their job because this complaint are the same. Since I applied for for PSSPF in 2010 November at Fox Street, I went there personally but even today I only received part of the money and the rest still outstanding. When you call the call centre number you will wait for more than 30 Min or no answer. By phoning the Absa we are loosing money while we are waiting for ours. Last month I call and spoke to Nthabiseng and Jenny and they said they are having the schedule for the company Hotline but still not capture, who must capture them without them. The services is very very poor.

I HAVE APPLIED FOR MY PROVIDENT FUND AT ABSA. I WAS TOLD TO WAIT ABOUT TEN WEEKS. UNTILL TODAY NO MONEY NO RESPONSE. WHEN I PHONE THEM THEY TELL ME TO WAIT FOR TWO WEEKS. THATS WHAT THEY TELL ME EVERYTIME I CALL SINCE NOVEMBER LAST YEAR 2011. NOW I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE BECAUSE NOW I'M LOOSING THE MONEY I HAVE EVERY TIME I CALL THEM. EVERYTIME I CALL I SPEND ABOUT FORTY RAND A CALL AND I CALL ALMOST EVERYDAY, THOSE PEAPLE OF ABSA ARE VERY VERY VERY RUDE AND THEIR SERVICE IS POOR...

absa psspf (15 months unpaid claim)
Risenga P Baloyi, i submitted my provident funds claim form on 25 march 2011,but i'm still waiting for my funds to be paid, i visit their office in fourways every month this year, i have noticed early february this year that according to their system the money was paid to my account on 31st january 2012, but i did not receive the money and i provided them with the proof of my bank statement, they promised to pay the money within two weeks,but i'm still waiting for their two weeks, since april this year when i visit the same office, they say the matter is held by their office in pretoria and they will give me a feedback after two to three days, but nobody ever called me, i'm tired of their lies, i'm considering taking the matter to media investigation to expose who they are and their service

absa private security provident fund
i have claimed my money since january 2012 still not recieved the money,i have made follow ups at fourways also even contacted print midia ,now resoting to etv s third degree for more ssistance.i have been to psspf walk in center,made several calls,went to fourways absa actuaries still no help.i think the issue here is about looking down up security officers being inferior as per occupation,because in absa fourways officess youcan see on their notice boards that their services to other municipal clients is better they even send e mails complementing their services while we security officerss queue on their officces for querries.this type of descrimination.and side lining of security officers who did not ask absa to administate our provident fund is tottally unacceptable to us and violate our rights causing us to fail our responsibilities as citizen,parent ,breadwinners.i am un employed for more tha ten months no income and not getting my monet while i was intending also to study with ,support my family but the biggest question is that will absa pay all the interest of the past nine months of my money that was in their possession during that period while i am in arrearrs in accountsor they will just pay according to the last statement of my contribution,i am also looking foward to research on gazzette pertaining to provident fund act.after i have contacted a daily newspaper a lady from absa customer services contacted me to find out if i have got payed but even so no money has been payed,its like they are dealing with very least useless,petty,nonresponsible people who does not have dependents,family.kids. i am deeply agrieved by the conduct and manner of absa s consultants which i also note their names who were vry rude,arrogant,disresspectful of me while there.my name is MR S. I hv claim my profident fund since 2011. I always col them and they col me i must wait four ten working days. Every time when i col dem same story. Why are u doing ds to us. I cnt wait 4more dat two years to get my fund it is nt fair at all. Its like we are de one who ow u where us ur de ppl who ow me. Should i hv to loose money to get my money bck. Coz yes am loose my money wen i col everytime to check on u. Is hw u wrk. If is hw u do it change it is nt good at all.

I claim my providentfound last year october , I call Absa cll center after 4 weeks One of the consaltent say I wll be pait in 3 weeks , after 4 weeks I call again ,It was new story she said thy r stll waiting for Sars,I cll again after 4 weeks ansda story Thy say I hv home loan at Standard bank thy r stll waiting for standardard bank .I go to standard to find out about home loan,standard bank say I don't hv loan with thmI cll thm again and thy say I must ask the leter frm standart bank tht shw I don't

1. What can be done with the Psspf stuff 120 Fox Rd that they seem to be incompetent. Reasons: I submitted my claim around June 2011. They checked if my application was was complete. Waited for about eight months. Later I was told that my application was incomplete. I resubmitted. Again it took them long to give me the feedback as to what happened to my claim.
2. Sometime in may after we organized a strike in their offices that were in Fourways in Johannesburg. Threatening to call the Media. That's when when we were attended by the branch Manager. We learnt that our files are being attended by trainees who doesn't have a supervision. They will do all the mistakes that will course all those delays.
3. Incompetent goes on within the Psspf stuff where they fail to pick up that a security company is not up to date with its monthly contributions. One will discover very late. If they do it means its corruption btwn then and the company.
4. Now ABSA is out as administration of the Psspf but same problems still occur. To me is the problem was not with Absa bank but the stuff that works for PSSPFund. Now the so called Salt is taking care of the Fund but same problems still exist WHY what is the use of taking the NBS and ABSA out?? What are they here for? To get their chance to eat the Poor officer's moneys? That little money that doesn't worth the years that an individual has worked in the company. If a person is going to receive his claim six months after submitting. Its obvious that little money will be back paying that person's CREDITS. Some people come from far as other Provinces to find out what is holding their claims.
4. Surely something must done about this very urgently. Otherwise they must allow the Security invest the worker's money in Private insurance company's. We didn't experience this problem before. Two to three weeks after submitting we used to receive our cash. What has changed with them people to experience this punishment.
5.Some Security Guards who work at PSSPFund have attitude towards their colleagues. That also need to be looked into. People are refused access to see the officials face to face. They will try to give you the answer to your problem they are not trained for that. Theirs is to do access control. They collect peoples ID books and contact no: take them to the officials and later bring you feed back. Who lodges questions for me if I have any? This must stop too.
