Justfly NEGATIVE Revies

I booked holiday air travel in July 2017 through Justfly. They sent me a ticket confirmation after my payment. Six months later I noticed that I had not received an email allowing me to check in on line 24 hours to my scheduled flight. I called the airline as was told that my scheduled flight for the following day had been cancelled and I was rescheduled to leave at 11:00pm the night of my call. My return flight had also be changed to another time and day. When I asked the Alaska agent why I had not been contacted she explained that it was Justfly responsibility to do so since they originally sold me the ticket/itinerary. When I tried to call Justfly no human picked up the phone.

Unethical, greedy, unprofessional company. I have never been so irritated and angry with any company. I will make it my goal to write as many negative reviews on various internet sites to share my story and to try to protect other customers from being negatively affected by this bogus company. Shame on you Justfly.
