Refuse to cancel !!!!
I furious with Publisher's Guide! I called 1 week ago, and told them to stop sending magazine's that I never ordered. Well, I guess you know what happened next!?! I'm still getting magazine's. Then I called 3 times, and the automated system hung up on me, after telling me "all of our CSR are still busy with other caller's. After the 3rd time, it hung up on me. Then I finally got a live person. I'm looking at my bank account on-line, and she claimed that they never received my payment. I gave her the check number, and told her that when the check was cashed out of my account, and I had the copy that was cashed. She still insist that they never received the check. She told me that I need to contact my bank. I asked if she would hold, and I will get my bank on the phone on a 3 way call. She couldn't do that. I wonder why? Publisher's Guide are a BIG FRAUD AND SCAM! Telling me, that I would have to pay a settlement amount to cancel $352.00. They won't see that settlement nor the monthly. Only 1 magazine that I wanted, I am receiving. STAY AWAY FROM PUBLISHER'S GUIDE!!!

Refuse to cancel !!!!
I am so furious with this Publishers Guide!!! I called them about 3 weeks ago telling them that I could no longer afford to purchase these magazines and they told me that I could not cancel my subscription and the customer service rep. told me that they could not do that and I also wanted them to stop taking it from my checking, the customer service rep. told me that they would send me a statement in the mail and that I can pay 19.99 per month well on December the 16, 2011 my checking acct. was debited 95.00 and sent me into overdraft I am so discussed with PUBLISHER'S GUIDE THEY ARE A BIG FRAUD AND A SCAM I THINK THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS PERTAINING TO THE WAY THEY HAVE TREATED ME AND SO MANY OTHERS THIS HAS BECOME A SERIOUS PROBLEM AND THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!!! I only ordered about 4 magazines I get at least 6 books a week, and they are magazines that I did not even order!!! There should be a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY PLEAS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
