Never received product
I submitted a complaint about Pure Health 100 in late May regarding an April 27th order I never received. I have since received my product, so I think it's only fair to tell everyone. I believe the company truly was overwhelmed by the volume of orders they received due to the Dr. OZ segment. However, I think it is in their best interests to put some kind of statement on their website's home page telling customers (and potential customers) what the problem was and apologizing. The whole issue of the full voice mail account and the phone just ringing and ringing makes people think they have been scammed. Another thing that bugged me was if you forgot your password to access the account there was no facility to access the progress of your order (my fault I know) but so many companies have that capability. If I am satisfied with the product I'll order it again but probably call rather than using the website since I want to know the timeline of my receiving the product.
