Bad customer service
Not long ago I purchased a PureIt Marvella water purifier and I was quite satisfied with it in general. But things changed when I had to buy new battery for it. I’ve placed an order at pureitwater.com/in/ but ever since doing so I haven’t heard from them…Their customer support is not much help and it really looks like a scam because I paid for my order and got completely ignored by them. I’ve tried to call them at 1860-180-1000 which is customer support phone number but nobody was picking up the phone, it was the same when I tried to email them at [email protected]. Basically what they have done is developed a great product that is totally worth buying and completely ruined it by not providing any reasonable customer support. If you want to save your precious time better search for some alternatives…
