Never received my first phone

QLink has given me the worst customer service.I thought they were working with me at first, now I feel as if after I have jumped through all the hoops QLink has made me gone through; for nothing. Every time I call to speak to someone, a live human being, all they do is try to sell me a new one. EVER AFTER READING THE NOTES IN MY ACCOUNT ABOUT NEVER RECEIVING THE FIRST PHONE. Deactivated my phone in order to prove no more minutes will be used, with QLink making the mistake of sending it to the address; both UPS and QLink assured me that neither of the two companies WOULD NOT send it to the address where I know people would take it because the very same people kicked me out of their residence ONE DAY before my phone shipment was to arrive. Months has passed since I have had a phone, waiting for QLink. Is there anyone of higher stature of which I can speak to please? Or corporate's contact number please?
