Faulty Defective Cell Phone

Q Link Wireless sends out faulty defective cell phone early on when you receive your phone. When you report the problem they informed you they do not replace battery and suggest that you pay $25.00 for a replacement phone even though they sent you a defected phone. Then they tell you that you may not get the same quality phone you received even though it was bad from the beginning.

Horrible !!!

I have sent you 3 e-mails, now. I have moved. You have no service here. You need to cancel my account, so I can get with another government program. I can not do anything, until your worthless company cancel’s my account. Why do you even have a customer service number when it is impossible to get a rep to speak to you??? I need for you to contact me asap… Cancel my account NOW !!!! I AM A VERY DIS SATISFIED CUSTOMER. BE ASSURE THAT I WILL GIVE THE WORLD THE TRUTH ABOUT YOUR INCOMPETENT SERVICE.

Beware

After I started but didn't finish my application for a phone q link had my service from another company cancelled and put a year hold on my name and address so I can't get service with any company they have no customer service to talk to and didn't respond to my complaints online or to my emails I finally contacted the FCC and put in a complaint I received an email from the FCC saying q link has been served
