Disappointed Customer
This phone arrived with the battery already installed and used. It continuously receives messages from multiple unknown numbers and text messages on a daily basis from strange people. Obviously, Q Link Wireless must be sending these messages! It is extremely difficult to reach a live person by phone and using live chat is a waste of time! After asking three questions, your name, the wireless or enrollment number, birth date or last four digits of your social security number they stop communicating with you through text. They have done this to me several days in a row over the past two weeks after receiving the phone and continue to send the same emails over and over regarding my issues with the cell phone. This is the worst customer service I have ever send in my life. The entire customer service system is fully automated. How can this be a lifeline service for customers if a live person is unreachable I do not recommend this cell phone service company to anyone. You are better off getting a Net10 phone with a monthly minute card for $25.00 or purchase another phone and use Net10 bring your own phone plan, just call Net10 first to make sure the phone operating system can be used in their coverage area. Your calls will never be dropped and customer service is available Monday - Sunday until 11 P.M.

Poor Service
If you check the phone call log you may see a few telephone numbers listed you don't recognize. The phone has a very poor wireless signal and is unable to connect to the internet.
