Poor customer service

So I have been calling this phone company to help with my phone not being able to dial out and everyone was telling me the same steps until I had to call over to the higher technical support team for them to tell me in order for them to fix my phone I had to go down town to make sure it wasn't the cellular network or the phone when I refused to do so because of my work schedule and my kids schedule they told me I have two option either cancel the service or pick a day to go down town so me I can the shitty ads service because there full of shit anyway
