Do not use Q-link wireless
I read the review by Samantha and she is correct; q-link wireless does not have customer support. I have emailed and called with a specific question multiple times and have always electronically been referred to their online reference manual, even though the answer was not/is not there. No human contact whatsoever...at any time or point. Fact.
If this is a government funded lifeline program, then it needs to be investigated by the FCC and any other relevant agency that is funding it. It's really bad..and I have full first hand experience with the lack of any customer service from q-link ever. Pretty weird really, that they are still allowed to be in operation and a government funded service for the disabled and others. Find another lifeline carrier...that isn't whatever this is?
