Warning Q Link appears on caller ID not customer name

Warning!! The corporate name "Q Link" appears on Caller ID instead of the customer/my name appearing on the caller I.D. for calls made from my phone. I've had this number for over a year, but this sneaky advertising just started December 2017. I have emailed request to remove their name and replace with my name. Only the customer's name should appear on caller I.D. for calls made from the customer's phone. Twice I called Customer Service and their staff claimed they don't do such things. Well, most of my job leads that I called last week did not answer the phone when I called, nor did my family & friends because they saw "Q Link Wireless on the caller I.D. instead of my name. I would not have called to report such activity if this were not happening! Nothing has been done to stop their name/ free advertising from appearing on caller I.D. for all calls made from my phone as of today, Dec. 26, 2017. No other phone company advertises their corporate name on the customer caller I.D., nor should Q Link Wireless.
