Stolen

I reported my phone stolen and expressed that I was unable to pay a $25 replacement fee because I was unemployed and that was the main reason I had the phone and my only source of telecommunication and if it was possible for the fee to be waived. The lady told me when I got a job then I would be able to get another phone because there was no way for them or even a supervisor to waive the fee and for me to call when I had $25. Customer service is horrible I even told the lady I could send her a copy of my police report because it was amongst other items that was stolen from me. No empathy only scripted reps even with the online live chat .no I even got an email reply in regards to my initial detailed email to them telling me to call because could not resolve issue thru email. Put the assumption out like they were going to help me only to tell me the same thing that I can read off their website. And yet I still get monthly minutes after they said it was disconnected and reported stolen.Load of Crap

why did you send me this horrible phone?

I just cannot understand. I changed my lifeline service to qlink because i needed to use touch screen. etc anyways after LONG EXTENSIVE back and forth with customer service to actually get this crappy phone, (excuse me), I activated it, I am using the best broadband cable high speed wifi from HOME! and this phone simply WANTS to irritate me (I wont let it win! lol) but it is the slowest,
most sluggish peice of poo I have ever dealt with! when it FINALLY tries to log on to say FACEBOOK log in page, it will freeze up or pop up that wonderful message, fb has stopped working or responding etc... EVERYTIME!! YES i have done the battery un plug and uninstalling and clearing cashe bla bla bla fricking BLA!!! STAY SO VERY FAR FROM THESE NON CUSTOMER SERVICE KNOWLEGABLE (dont know shit) place as you can! ANY company is better than this!
I am so very sorry to Alssurance wireless. This is what i get for changing. I am very grateful i just have carpel tunnel but your phone was better on me than this peice of poo ! Im calling old faithful in the AM. GNight world!
