Junk

This phone as been a nightmare since I got it it has never worked properly now its getting hot speakers quit working called before speaker quits they either hung up or dropped the call.can't her calls .since I can't her calls I can't call rhem.so you have to email them which takes 3 to 5 days for them to answer . The phone isn't even a month old and it's useless.they give phones that are between 3 and 5 years old.they are rebuilt junk.i have no way to live my life because I can't use phone.i have health issues and I can't even call if I have a crisis. Why aren't they being investigated for this
