If you want QUALITY service, find another provider

I had few problems with Qlink until, that is, when they supposedly "upgraded" to T-mobile. Since then, I my coverage areas were almost non-existent and while talking with friends or doctor office personnel, my calls would get dropped. I informed them via messaging on their site, but was never contacted by anyone there and trying to get a person on the phone is next to impossible if at all possible! The last straw for me was that I was not even able to call for help when I recently suffered a concussion and blood pouring out of my head while walking my dog at a local park. UNACCEPTABLE! If you want quality service, find another provider.
