Is there anyone that can tell me how to navigate qlink phone service I've been trying for nearly a month now to get my free government phone and I can't get past her automated system they say my documents have been approved but allow for 24 to 48 hours to hear something I keep telling me it's been 3 weeks I log on to my account it says it's been approved then they told me they need further information to call them when I try to call it says we have identified your account please login to your account I can't get past the automated system is there some chain of command or somebody I can go to. I don't who said it on here but they right they took the government money and they run now they got a bunch of scumbags get on the phone one time I did talk to him I want to treat me like a piece of shit they can't speak the language I serve my country I can't even get my free phone and everybody around me it's never done nothing in their life gets one. They come across like a bunch of retards playing with their first bowel movement. Bunch of clowns
