Waiting for........

been trying to get a phone since February 2017. my application has been labeled incomplete. i have completed every step and jound my docs have all been approved. they want more and more info every request for help has been met with robotech email and phone line i have to borrow a phone to call the round and round customer service number now i have to call back to confirm that i cancelled my order. with no people to help nothing gets resolved.
