Overall value

How can people complain so much about something that is totally free? The phone is free, the service/minutes/data is free. If you have access to Wi-Fi you never get close to using all the allowed data. Of course some people will bitch about anything. I've heard and read comments about the lousy selection of food available at the food bank, be happy to be able to get what they do have, it's freaking free to you/us because of other's generosity. The only thing I would like different about qlink wireless is the ability to use the smartphone I already had (a lower end Samsung Galaxy thru Metro PCS) because the ZTE phone does suck in comparison and tends to overheat while charging and is slow, but then again, it IS free. Hopefully I'll get back on my feet soon and I can afford even the paltry $30 a month with Metro PCS, but in the meantime I'll be grateful for what I do have, it's free.
