My Minutes and Data depleted and didnt use. Broken Promises.

On the 5th of the month I try to use phone and minutes were out and data almost gone, but it was hooked up to wifi. Not possible. The first rep acknowledged it was an problem and assured me my minutes will be on by the end of day, but ir wasnt. It was a week b4 could get in touch with someone bcuz updating system. When I was able to get.through 3xs representatlve told me minutes would be back on, but wasnt. The last time called the representative ignored the fact that previous reps promised to have munutes she just told me I used all my minutes not true. If I was hooked up to wifi the whole time noway 3/4of my data should be gone. They just through customer loyalty out the window because customer loyalty is necessary in good customer service. Most company I ve been with will honoor the fact(Promises). I was very ill and needed phone. They Rep just dodnt care and the previous ones liyed and mislead me. I guess they feel these are free services and we can do what want. Ive replaced my phone twice. The last one it messed up the week after got it. I was told I had to send the phone back and then wait for them to send a replacement. I needed my phone bcuz medical issues need to be able to call someone. It completely blew out where could call noone last week gor 3 days and that was so scarry no phone. The battery was acting up. The chargers are weak. I really felt violated bcuz they seen mistake and said was going to correct, but didnt and lastly put the whole problem on me. Looking for someone else for service.
