Fraudulent Incorrigible Deceitful

I received a QLink provided cell phone on Oct. 3, '17. I started started trying to call, e-mailing on Oct. 5! The phone they provided would not answer calls. As soon as you tried to use the "answer call" icon, it disconnected the call. Could not set up voice mail for it asked for a "pass code" to which I was not privy. In other words, the previous owner(s) info was not purged from the phone prior to my receiving it. I asked, right away, to "return" this phone. I finally got and RMA number and pre-paid return mailing label on Oct.31st and only after two communications with the Ft. Lauderdale. B.B.B and 1 to the F.C.C.. As you can tell, there wasn't anyway they had this phone back in their possession before Nov. 1, thus insuring they could bill the Gov't for another month's service even though I no longer had it. I sent over 25 e-mails requesting and RMA number/return label, 4 faxes explaining they had to send the RMA/label via my e-mail or home address. QLink used up all the "data" on the phone leaving "voice-mail" messages which I constantly e-mailed them telling them I couldn't retrieve voice mail and to stop calling/leaving voice mail. I cannot say anything good about this company, nor the product they provided. I had a complete month of 'fighting" their incompetence on a daily basis. The product they provided was, at best, a P.O.S. It was defective when they sent it, and, I'm certain they were aware of that fact.The phone had serious operating issues. It was even altered, detrimentally, from the "original" factory specs. I listed a full page of defects (13)...(only 13 because I could not access a "two-side" printer) and enclosed it in the "return" box. This company is deceitful, customer service is non-existent, calling them is a waste of your time, electronic communication is irrelevant, and really, even the B.B.B was in-effectual. I feel my correspondence to the F.C.C. was the only thing that made them respond. I WARN anyone, DO NOT do business with QLink...you will regret it!!!
