Fraudulent Business Policy

QLink Wireless are complete frauds!!! I can't express that loudly enough! WHY this company is not being investigated by the Gov't is beyond me. PLEASE, avoid this company like the plague.They will send you a used, so called-refurbished, bottom-of-the-line piece of junk, then when you try to return it...it's all "game-on"! I got their "phone" on Monday-Oct. 2, started trying to return it on Wed-Oct. 4. Took 26 days of daily e-mails/faxes and 2 calls to the B.B.B and 1 to the F.C.C. They purposely waited till the next to the last day of the month to send an RMA and pre-paid return label. This way, they could not possibly have the phone in their physical possession and could bill the Gov't for another months service. Seriously, I could fill up and entire webpage with all the problems the phone had and another with all the "documentation" I have trying to return that phone. NO JOKE!!!! Their "customer-service" is non-existent, their "product" is completely worthless and you'll grow a beard faster than trying to get through and talk with a "live" cust.rep. And those "reps" will speak very broken English and pretend not to know what your talking about. This company is a scam-fraud-ripoff and anything but respectable. I implore the F.C.C. or F.B.I to launch an investigation in this deceitful, deplorable company!!! Oh... and when I looked up their address in Fla. I could not locate a "Dania," Fla(as their website posts).....it's Dania Beach, Fla. Look it up for yourself. I'm trying to do you a favor by warning you away from this so-called "cellular service provider".
